Once the setup fee is paid, your domain name, your accounts, and your finished site files are yours. Nothing is locked to me — if we ever part ways, your website keeps running and everything transfers to you.
Optional care plan
For $45/month, I handle the technical upkeep: hosting management, domain-renewal reminders, uptime checks, and up to one hour of small content changes each month — text edits, photo swaps, hours or menu updates. Redesigns and new pages are quoted separately, and unused time doesn't roll over. Cancel anytime.
Spanish version available
A full Spanish version of your site can be added for a one-time $150 fee.

Standard setup

Domain name: about $12–15 per year, purchased and owned by you (I help you set it up). I never hold your domain hostage.

Free private mockup
I build a private preview of your website from your real business information. Free, no obligation — you only move forward if you like what you see.

You review and approve
You review the preview and approve the final design in writing. Includes two rounds of revisions — additional changes are quoted separately. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off.

Setup payment
After approval, you pay the one-time setup fee through a secure payment link.

Launch and handoff
Your site goes live on your domain. You receive all site files plus a written record of your accounts, renewal dates, and support details.
Payment & cancellation policies
Payment terms
The one-time setup fee is due after your written design approval and before production work begins, paid via secure payment link (credit or debit card). The care plan, if you choose it, is billed monthly at $45/month. If a charge ever looks wrong, please contact me first so I can fix it before you dispute it with your bank.
Refund policy
If you cancel before production work begins, the setup fee is refunded in full, minus any non-recoverable payment processing fees. Production begins when I start building your final site after your written approval and payment — from that point, the setup fee is non-refundable. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Care-plan charges are billed month to month and are not refunded for partial months.
Cancellation policy
The care plan is month-to-month with no contract and no cancellation fee — cancel anytime by email, effective at the end of the current billing month. Your website stays live on your own hosting and domain, and you keep your domain, files, and accounts.
Ownership
Once the setup fee is paid, you own your domain name, your hosting and service accounts, and all files for your finished website. I am never the owner of your accounts — I am added as a collaborator only while I service them, and my access is removed or transferred at handoff or cancellation.
